1. Number of scholarships

The Government of the Russian Federation grants 1000 scholarships to Vietnamese citizens to train in the Russian Federation according to the degrees of university, master's degree, doctorate, internship. 

2. Training

- Bachelor Program: 04 years (01 years excluding preparatory courses in Russian);
Engineer / expert program: 05 academic years (not including 01 year of preparatory Russian language);
Master program: 02 academic years (not including 01 year of preparatory Russian language);
- Doctoral program: 03-04 years (not including 01 year of preparatory Russian language);
- Specialized internship program: from 03 to 12 months (priority subjects are Russian language lecturers / teachers of universities, institutes, universities, colleges and high schools);
- Russian internship program: 10 months;
- Medical internship: 02 years.

3. Scholarship expenses:

- The Government of the Russian Federation waives tuition fees for the study process, grants monthly scholarships and arranges accommodation in dormitories at the cost of which is according to the rate set by the Government of the Russian Federation;
- The Government of Vietnam grants one-way and return air tickets, travel fees, passport fees, visas, health insurance and monthly subsistence expenses according to the rates set by the Government of Vietnam for International Student Scholarship Agreement in the Russian Federation.

4. Dealine: 

- Candidates must be solely responsible for the accuracy of the information registered on the Education-in-russia.com site  as well as in the declaration in Russian (анкета);
- All candidates must register on the Education-in-russia.com  page  before March 15, 2021  to get a candidate number before registering on the website http://tuyensinh.vied.vn 

Candidates must scan (scan) save the entire application to PDF files (each type of scanned document into 01 separate file. amount of less than 1 MB) to register online. The deadline for online registration on website http://tuyensinh.vied.vn is  until March  25, 2021.

Candidates transfer 02 official documents (one in Vietnamese and one in Russian), register for admission by guaranteed courier to the  Department of International Cooperation - Ministry of Education and Training. , 35 Dai Co Viet, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi . In addition, candidates need to prepare an additional set of paper documents in Russian to bring to the Russian Federation if they are sent to study.
