This seminar, under the theme "Aligning Production with Education, Enhancing International Cooperation Capacity", aims to establish a solid foundation for Vietnam-China vocational education cooperation through linkages between Academia, Government, and Enterprises.

As part of the event, Vietnam National University of Forestry signed a trilateral cooperation agreement with: Vietnam National University of Forestry, Yunnan Technical Institute of Forestry (China), Lam Phong Investment and Production Co., Ltd. Under this agreement, the three parties will collaborate to establish the Vietnam-China Forestry Laboratory, which will support training and professional skill development while enhancing vocational capacities for both VNUF students and Lam Phong Company's technical staff.

During his speech, Prof. Dr. Pham Van Dien emphasized the crucial role of vocational education and enterprise collaboration in enhancing students' professional skills. He stated that strong linkages between academia and industry will improve graduate quality, ensuring that students quickly adapt to the workforce and secure employment immediately after graduation. With the motto: "International cooperation to bring VNUF to the world and attract global resources to drive our university's breakthrough and development," VNUF is committed to effectively implementing this trilateral partnership. Initially, the collaboration will focus on two training programs: Wood Processing and Interior Design at the College of Wood Industry and Interior Design, with plans for expansion to other key fields in the future.

To support knowledge sharing, the President also presented participants with 'digital knowledge cards,' providing access to over 24,000 digital documents and a network of 108 digital libraries nationwide, fostering enhanced connections between educational institutions and businesses.

On March 20, 2025, a delegation from Yunnan Technical Institute of Forestry, led by Ms. Wu Yan, Head of International Cooperation, and Mr. Zhang Kai, Chairman of Linca International Education Science and Technology Co. Ltd., along with other members, visited Vietnam National University of Forestry. During the meeting, Assoc.
