1.1. Number of scholarships and scholarships

1.2. Training time and disciplines
- Undergraduate programs: from 03 to 04 academic years
- Master program: 02 academic years
- Doctoral program: from 03 to 04 years
(Not including 01 year of preparatory third language Lan)
The Polish side does not receive training in the fields of Medicine, Pharmacy, and Arts.

1.3. Language of study and specialized course requirements
- The language used in the study and research process is Polish. Candidates who have never attended university or postgraduate in Poland will be arranged to study 1 year of pre-Polish before entering Polish majors. Candidates must then pass the exam in Polish.
- For specialized courses, candidates must pass the entrance exam (depending on the specific requirements of the training institution and study program) to be officially admitted to the specialized study. If you do not meet the requirements in these exams, candidates will have to return home and reimburse all training costs for the state or switch to study under the self-funding category.

2 . Subjects , conditions and application for prequalification

2.1. General conditions
Candidates must fully satisfy the following general conditions:
- Having good political and ethical qualities; not during the time of disciplinary action or during the time being considered and disciplined by the competent agency;
- Being healthy enough to study abroad, not pregnant (for women);
- Have not registered for any scholarship program to study abroad in 2021;
- Commitment to complete the training program and return to serve at the sending school or at the request of the State. Those who fail to complete the training program, drop out of school by themselves, are forced to drop out of school or, after graduation, do not return to their home country or fail to fulfill the obligations of the scholarship grantee must compensate for the training costs according to regulations. current regulations;
- The field of study registered for admission must be suitable for the sector currently studying at university in Vietnam or the industry that has won international, regional or national awards (for university scholarship candidates), suitable for the industry already university / master's degree, current job (for master's / doctoral scholarship candidates);
- Only one discipline can be registered and not arbitrarily change disciplines or training institutions after having registered for admission or admission to study;

- Not considering recruiting candidates in the following cases:
+ Have ever been sent to study abroad by a State agency but have not completed the course;
+ Being working at a domestic agency but there is no document from the working agency permitting the recruitment;
+ Having been granted scholarships to study abroad by domestic or foreign agencies, localities, and postgraduate, obligations and responsibilities have not been allowed to continue studying abroad;
