International Symposium on conservation of rare and endangered plant species in the world

As the invitation from Prof.Dr. Gregor Kozlowski - Director of Bontanical garden Fribourg, Head of Plant Research Group of Friborg University, Switzerland and Prof.Dr.Yonghong Hu - Director of Bontanical garden Shenshan, Shanghai, China, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Hoang Van Sam, Director of ICD had presented the scientific research at the International Symposium attending nearly 60 scientists from 11 countries

In the opening worshop's speech, Prof.Dr. Gregor Kozlowski  Prof. Dr. Gregor Kozlowski gave general outline of the importance of relict species plants, especially in the context of climate change. Professor expected that scientists would share own experience to help preserving precious genetic resources of plant.

At the workshop, there were 17 scientific reports, in which, the result of researches involve conservation plant in Vietnam as well as in the world that were presented by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Hoang Van Sam especially as some rare speicies: Juglandaceae and Aquilaria.

This is not only a chance to show the researched results and share the expereience for Sience but also the scientists could be gatherd information and discussed to propose solutions distributing protected strategy for the plant  which are becoming more and more precious  and rare species in over the world.
