Attending the ceremony, the representatives of the University were Prof.Dr. Tran Van Chu - President; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Bui The Doi - Vice President; Prof.Dr. Hoang Van Sam - Director of International Cooperation Division; Leaders and staffs of the Institute of Land Management and Rural Development; Postgraduate Office, International Cooperation Division. Dr. Harald Kirsch is a German Development Organization (GIZ) working at vnuf for 2 years from November 2018 to November 2020. He has participated in teaching and lecturing activities of international master's program, supporting many advanced program students to apply for scholarships to study for masters abroad, supporting to apply for scholarships GIZ, DAAD, Nagao, Rufford to implement research programs.

While working at the university, Dr. Harald supported university's lecturers with international articles published in international journals. Coordinate with GIZ to organize training courses on sustainable forest management, GIS application in forest resource management. Especially Dr. Harald Kirsch is a bridge between VNUF and GIZ, DAAD and German partners. At the ceremony, Assoc. Prof.Dr Bui The Doi - Vice President on behalf of the university to thank for the support and contribution of experts in training, capacity building as well as contribution to the development.
